This software will allow this PC to be remotely controlled.

  1. Enter Account Number and Download Password and click Download.
  2. Choose 'Run' or 'Open' (Depends on browser version).
  3. If you receive any security warnings agree and choose 'Run'.
  4. Accept/allow any personal firewall software warnings that appear.
  5. Use a strong/complex windows password
  6. Ensure PC does not hibernate or go to sleep
  7. Disable any graphical screen savers
  8. This software will run on the following Microsoft O/S versions:
    • All Windows Server Software
    • Windows XP Professional Edition
    • Windows Vista or Windows 7 Business Edition
    • Windows Vista or Windows 7 Enterprise Edition
    • Windows Vista or Windows 7 Ultimate Edition
  9. You can connect from any version of Microsoft Windows.
