This software will allow you to remotely control other PC's.
1. Enter Account Number, Enter Client Password and click Download.
2. Choose 'Run' or 'Open' (Depends on browser version).
3. If you receive an Internet Explorer Security Warning choose 'Run'.
4. Accept/allow any personal firewall software warnings that appear.
5. Remote-Control should appear in the lower right hand corner of your screen.
6. Enter Admin Password and click 'Connect'.*
7. Instruct the remote user to go to http://ra.net.nz and follow the instructions.
8. A Message Box titled 'Accept Incoming Remote-Assist Connection' should
appear within 30 seconds. Click 'Yes' to take control of remote PC.
* You can now choose 'Options' then 'Install' to install Remote-Control on this PC.
