This software will allow your PC to be remotely controlled.


1. Enter Account Number, Enter Client Password and click Download.

2. Choose 'Run' or 'Open' (Depends on browser version).

3. If you receive an Internet Explorer Security Warning choose 'Run'.

4. Accept/allow any personal firewall software warnings that appear.

Windows Vista Remote Control Speed Issues

To improve speed change to 'Windows Standard' Color Scheme:

  1. Right-Click on a blank area of desktop
  2. Left Click 'Personalize' from the context menu
  3. Left Click 'Window Color and Appearance'
  4. Untick 'Enable Transparency' and click 'OK'

To allow remote access to administrative functions:

  1. Open 'Control Panel' and then 'User Accounts'
  2. Click 'Turn User Account Control On or Off'
  3. Untick 'Use User Account Control(UAC) to help
    protect your computer' then Click 'OK'
